About the Role:

• Receive and process customer orders
• Able to assist in all areas from Spare parts to Service.
• Ensuring a high standard and fast response to customer enquiries
• Advise customers of parts / accessories and to initiate the option of Jayco Sydney Service department installing the products
• Manual Handling
• Receipt of Supplier orders
• Stocktake
• Assist in Management of Inventory
• Working to KPI’s as set by Management

The person we are looking for:

• Attention to detail and taking pride in your standards of work
• Physically fit and self-motivated
• Previous experience in customer facing selling of parts / accessories and or Warehousing
• Knowledge in the RV or Automotive Industry an advantage
• Visual Merchandising experience desirable but not essential
• An understanding of stock management
• Practice WHS standards in the workplace
• Active listening skills and aptitude to follow directions
• Excellent time management skills
• Forklift licence an advantage

Our Service Centre and team of factory trained technicians provide our customers with regular & express servicing & maintenance, approved warranty work, accessory fitting services, and Insurance repairs.

About the role:

Due to our growing business, we are looking for Caravan Repair Persons for immediate start.

These positions would ideally suit someone who:

• Has a trade/manufacturing background (carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc).
• And/or has excellent general handy man skills & experience.
• Has a great work ethic, is reliable, and has a willingness to learn.
• Has a passion for/experience in Caravanning, camping, touring, etc.
• Has previous experience in caravan/automotive repairs (preferred but not necessary).
• Has an eye for detail and pride in their workmanship.
• Has a current driver licence.
